No long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime. Here is exactly what that means for each part of our service.
Free Operations Audit
The audit is free ($0). No payment details are needed to request one.
Setup fee
The setup fee (from $499) is fully refundable if you cancel before work starts. Once setup work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly management
Monthly management (from $299/month) is month to month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. The current month is not refunded.
Ad spend
Ad budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platform (Google, Meta, Amazon or Walmart). DROPSHIPOPS LLC does not hold or refund ad spend.
Platform and app fees
Platform and app fees (your Shopify plan, apps, marketplace fees and similar) are paid by you to those companies and are not refundable by us.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp at +1 307 333 9016 or email support@dropshipops.com. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
