Our services

We provide one e-commerce operations service in two packages: the Launch Package for people starting from zero, and the Run & Scale Package for people already selling. Every engagement starts with a free operations audit. The exact scope of work and the price are confirmed in writing before you pay anything.

Your responsibilities

• You pay platform fees, app fees and ad budgets directly to those companies (for example Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google and Meta). We never hold that money.
• You give us the account access we need to do the agreed work, and remove it when the work ends if you wish.
• You give us accurate information about your business and products.
• You follow each marketplace's and platform's own rules and policies. Their decisions about your accounts are theirs, not ours.

Ownership

Your store, seller accounts and ad accounts stay in your name at all times. Anything we build inside them belongs to you once the related fees are paid.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee sales, profit, ad results, or marketplace decisions such as claim outcomes. Those depend on your products, prices, market and the platforms' own rules. What we do guarantee is to carry out the agreed work with care and to tell you promptly when something needs your decision.

Fees, billing and cancellation

Setup is charged once, and monthly management is billed month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. Refund and cancellation details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DROPSHIPOPS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, lost profit or account suspensions decided by a platform, arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to work agreed after that date.
